1.  All boat drivers must be licensed.

2.  Observers must be at least 16 years of age or 12 years if they hold a young adults licence.

3.  Boats must proceed anti-clockwise on the river in accordance with RMS rules.

4.  An overtaking or following boat must not follow a skier directly but steer a course to port or starboard.

5.  Drivers must not start from the river bank across the path of a boat already under way.

6.  All persons towed by boat to wear approved life jackets.

7.  Boats must not exceed posted speed limits including at or near the Freeway bridge.

8.  A person shall not navigate a boat recklessy or negligently.

9.  A person shall not whilst under the influence of intoxicating liquor (in excess of 0.5) or of a drug, be in charge of, navigate or attempt to            navigate a vessel on any part of the river (any enclosed water).

10. No boating and skiing before 9:30am (to keep noise level to a minimum in the residential area).

11. Boat motors should not be started at top of the club premises. If necessary, do so near the lauching ramp.

12. Drivers shall avoid trailing ski ropes with no skier in tow.

13. Boats and skiers to stay clear of all pebbly beach on Western bank of river approximately 1 mile from Freeway bridge.

14. Skiing under or near Freeway bridge and north of bridge is prohibited.

15. All boats must be a reasonable seaworthy condition, registered and insured and  current membership sticker attached.

16. Maritime boating rules must be adhered to all times.

17. Courtesy to all river users (one may not always receive it back).

18. All dogs must be kept under the control of the owner on leads and comply with all Council rules.

19. No Vehicles shall be parked below gate and trailer parking to be restricted to vehicles with trailers only.

20. Keep clubhouse and facilities, lawn and ramp tidy.

21. Switch off lights or strip heaters on wall switches.

22. Close doors and lock clubhouse including showers/toilets.

23. Keep Gates locked at ALL times.

24. Rubbish bins to be taken out Sunday afternoon.

25. Leave club premises quietly.

26. Observe 50km/h speed limit on factory road and comply with all road rules.

27. It is member's duty to report anyone not observing these rules to the Committee Board Members.
